This video is obviously disinformation, taken out of context, full of lies, don't believe what you hear! Obama has Never been a proponent for a single-payer system! Never, I say! He said so! (oops! did he really mean to say that?)  He has been a proponent of it for a long time.
He acknowledges that there are not enough votes for a single payer plan, so they are going to include a public option that will eventually lead to a single payer system.
