A few questions(help me shaking head)

1. What if pig start eating the infected birds or are fed the infected birds..would that cause a terrible mutation?

2. How is it that the bird flu magically passed these surronding countries..
Egypt,Libya,Algeria,Tunisia,Chad and Sudan..I have come across another map:

the big blank space gives more cause to worry...

and what about seagulls,ravens,hawks that eat other dead animals...

My 14 year old and are watching news here and all the talk about avian flu is about Iraq..and he asked me this qestion..in the first segment they are showing them burning the chickens and then in the second segmont they show them burying them..my son turns to me and say why are they burying them,would it not be easier for something or someone to come and unbury them and eat them(especially) wild dogs...or other birds..wht would they bury them and not burn them all....kentuky fried burn off...

Also yesterday and friday they where loooking for two adults, who may have contacted bird flu, but didn't have addresses on them, now I see two children are also sick in Africa. Wonder what happen to the adults.
