OK - thought I had all of the bases covered BUT ....

I just had to do a course of antibiotics and developed a yeast infection. Of course having to go out to the drugstore in the middle of the night made me ask the "what if?" question so I purchased a couple of courses of treatment.

Sooooo if you have antibiotics you may want to add this to your list!!!

Also, if you take birth control pills you might want to get some condoms, as some antibiotics make your birth control pills less effective.  I can only get a 3 month suppy of BC pills at a time and when I asked DH what to add to our list he immediately came up with condoms, LOL.

Cranberry juice is also good for yeast infections in younger ladies....such as smaller children yes they also get yeast infections....sometimes switching diapers on infants can cause alot of problems because there are different chemical compounds..I would suggest keeping a few bottles of cranberry juice on hand just in case....
