Dec. 3 (Xinhua) -- East China's Fujian Province on Wednesday reported a case of 
human infection of the H7N9 strain of bird flu.
The 
patient is a 27-year-old man from the city of Fuqing, the Fujian provincial 
health and family planning commission said in a statement.
The 
patient is in a critical condition and under observation at a hospital in the 
provincial capital of 
Fuzhou.
