I wonder if all colleges and universities are watching for this new virus as any students coming in to begin spring semester may have been exposed and not yet showing symptoms. If so, they are in the student populace already.

This has always been a big concern of mine, as I live in a large university town with many international students. I hope they're prepared, Student Health Services here is a disaster when it is just a normal flu season, so many kids think they have the flu and go in to get checked. Many don't have it then, but after sittiing in the waiting room forever, by the next week they sure do.
