Proceed with caution when boosting immune system when prepping. A cytokine storm is a killer. A coronavirus is like a cold, but this is a super-cold. Elderberry extract in small doses.

I was thinking about cytokine storms this morning. This is why the Spanish Flu was so deadly to young people with robust immune systems.
Those who got it wrong, for whatever reason, may feel defensive and retrench into a position that doesn’t accord with the facts.
