If you get H7N9 does it protect you from getting it again.

I am thinking of Polio some got a weakened live virus, a friend of mine did and got a limp/thin leg for the rest of her life.   I got the killed virus after they discovered the problem with the live virus.

So will getting H7N9 protect a person from getting it again.
