I'm filing for my CCW license. HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THE NORTH AMERICAN UNION? If this happens if feel they will take our rights away to own firearms legally. I will not surrender my firearms. I'm a hard working AMERICAN that loves my country and will defend this land, my family and loved ones to my death. I might have to leave my house behind due to the large population of illegals in my area and the city where I live. I've seen Marshall laws at work, and curfues inforced in the riots of the 60's. They only work with the people that are trying to survive. Not the people that are looting stores , homes and  businesses for their own gain. I'll hunt and trap for food, not steal and take from others. I find that people in general ( uneducated, unprepared people ) don't care.

Nothing surprises me anymore.  Anything can change people's mind, say a couple more mass shootings.  For me, a 5 to 4 vote is just way too close.  Anyways, I just hate reading about liberal judges chipping away at our GOD given rights.

Guys, they're already talking about how it's going to be ruled as an individual right, not the liberal minded "Collective" right. It might even fall under the Fourteenth Amendment and be set in stone forever! Don't get alarmist until we're gunning down UN troops in our streets.

After this decision, other gun laws like the totally unconstitutional bans in Kalifornistan, Chicago, Neu Jersey etc. could end up getting smashed! There's Brady gun grabber children crying in their cribs as I type this 'cause they know they're going to end up as a collossal skidmark in history.

With no borders, 20 million illegals the idiot government knows nothing about. Catching Iranians crossing our Canadian border, the Canadian border being on a honor system. They will take my guns from my dead and rotting corps. Those in charge are too much a major Screw up !

Tadeo, hold the phone on that newspaper ad buddy.

This is the single most possible time that the 2nd Amendment can be affirmed as the individual right it is. As it stands this is probably going to come down to a 5-4 vote, but I believe that it's going to be in our favor. After that it's going to take a Constitutional amendment to take it away again.

Because of the excellent choices that George W. made when he picked the SC justices, the possibility is there that nearly all gun laws could be striken down as unconstitutional! I'm against full autos and explosives as they're far too indescriminate, but the SBR and suppressor laws could be gone in June if this all works out.

If not, well, you're only going to get one more chance to use your guns before they're taken away. (And you'd damn well better stand with me)

Today the USSC hears the gun case and will make known their decision in June.  I never in my wildest dreams thought that the USSC would decide if we, as individuals, could have firearms.  What is America coming too?  Do you think that they (feds, cops, national guard) would be coming to knock on our doors wanting to confiscate our guns?  I can't imagine my friends and family telling me that they need my guns for the better of society.  Could it be true what T. Jefferson said about the tree of liberty needs to be watered (occasionally) by the blood of patriots?

Well, I guess I should place an ad in the local newspaper so I can SELL my guns.  I'll be sure to save a copy of the ad so that I can show whomever that I SOLD my guns.   WE must be sure to prove that WE are law abiding citizens who believe STRONLY in the CONSTITUTION.
Coleyounger, Diego, Turboguy what do you guys make of this?
"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it's natural manure." -Thomas Jefferson.
