Where Is The Contract?

A creditor must show legal proof that a justified contract exists, when he or she demands payment for such a debt. There must be legitimate witnesses on behalf of both parties to the contract. How can I, as a sovereign individual be a party to that where in I had no representation? Where is my legal name on the contract, pertaining to the National Debt? It is no where to be found. My signature is not present.  
Can you go to the bank and get a loan that someone else would be responsible for? No. Can you place your child, grandchild or friend as a debter, to your business dealings? No.

A legitimate government can not either. Only a governing body of organized crime can or will conduct business in this dangerous and unjustified manner.
