http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5053013/Devin-Kelley-outcast-preached-atheism.html#ixzz4xcmbHD7M
It was only a matter of time before the massive automatic weapons market and those who hate Christians came together to bring the violence and insanity into the U.S. seen so commonly in 3rd world nations and sometimes Europe. As a nation, America was founded on strong moral beliefs and what was freedom of religion - to worship as you choose, is also to worship Satan, abandon all morals and live whatever lifestyle suits you, and it will soon - and is already beginning to have a price. Children raised in one parent families, marriages thrown to the wind by couple unfaithful to each other and the rampant rise in drug use, all are creating a state - which some may refer to as the The Last Days. As we raise people are not grounded and sometime have no concept of decency or even restraint, this is what happens. There will be a backlash to all of this and in the end we may see anarchy and war in the streets for the freedom to once more worship God without fear or persecution. The Texas church shooter who mercilessly shot dead 26 people and injured 24 others was an 'outcast' who 'preached his atheism' online. Former classmates say Devin Patrick Kelley, 26, who stormed First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs in Texas and opened fire on Sunday, was 'creepy', 'crazy' and 'weird'. Patrick Boyce, who attended New Braunfels High School with the killer, told DailyMail.com: 'He had a kid or two, fairly normal, but kinda quiet and lately seemed depressed. 'He was the first atheist I met. He went Air Force after high school, got discharged but I don't know why. 'I was just shocked [to hear the news]. Still haven’t quite processed how he could have done that.' Nina Rose Nava, who went to school with the gunman, wrote on Facebook: 'In (sic) in complete shock! I legit just deleted him off my fb cause I couldn't stand his post. 'He was always talking about how people who believe in God we're stupid and trying to preach his atheism' comment: It was only a matter of time. I would not encourage violence in any form, but what goes around comes around. We may soon see a generation of religious zealots who will be truly scary even to those of us who are Christians and Nazis and White Supremacists who hunt down people of color as well as stalking of gays and other alternate life styles. It is sad that a few extremists can ruin things for a who group of people. Sometimes I am sad I have lived so long to see what is becoming of America where all of what we once held dear, our traditions, our faith, our belief in God is being attacked to tear down and ruin our country so there is nothing left to set us apart from the rest of the world. We were once America, the most powerful nation on earth, the most prosperous and where people would come to be safe and escape tyranny and persecution. What happened yesterday has not happened in the history of our nation that I know of. These are things that happen in other countries where priests and nuns are dragged from their churches in the middle of prayer, decapitated, tortured to death, and all is desecrated. I mourn today for our country. It is only the beginning of growing anarchy as Antifa plans to destroy America with pictures of a beheaded president. No good can come from this. Mothers abandoning and doing horrible things to their children, putting them in ovens, killing their families, and three-year-olds shooting their parents or siblings. Is this the End of Days - do we near a great war and a collapse of society in America? I may not live to see it and if I do - wish I hadn't. Medclinician |

Perhaps you should share your humor with the families of their loved ones who were murdered by this shooter. When people begin hunting you for your beliefs, you will understand how serious this has become. I do not believe in violence as a solution, but there is no one who is anonymous and cannot be tracked on the Internet. I know someday I may have to give my life for what I believe in and my faith. I hope you are as well. As with Muslims, perhaps the majority of Christians are peaceful and will, as is their belief, accept this - but some will not. I am glad there was someone there who were heroes and helped stop the shooting and pursue this creature. Some of those killed were as young as 18 months old. The war has begun. The existence of Antifa is not fake news and the fact this individual was following social justice warriors sites and posting his support along with a picture of his automatic weapon. It is the media - the fake news that feeds these people with blatantly false information. I pray for the victims and their families. I do not find this funny or amusing. If you do Satori, it will someday return to haunt you. Medclinician |

no "humor" intended
funny that you read it that way ??? you will note that the word Christians was in quotes I assume you can figure out what that means??? and the idea that there is a "war" AGAIN note the use of quotation marks is RIDICULOUS the guy MAY have targeted Christians but he WAS seriously mentally ill he violently assaulted his own wife and child and was arrested for animal cruelty as well quit making this more than it is Antifa ain't the boogey man under yer bed !!! (and YES,THAT AS meant as humor) what is so sad about all these mass shootings is that NOTHING will change we will get NOTHING but USELESS "thoughts and prayers" from cowardly politicians there will be NO common sense gun control reform there will be no additional funds for mental health tx,which by the way< is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE in this country Trump is actually CUTTING funds so he can keep his "thoughts and prayers" and put 'em where the sun don't shine USELESS platitudes that do NOTHING to address the current mass murder nor do NOTHING to prevent the next and the next and the next....... |

The war is not only in America. It is in Australia as well and getting worse by the day. It is only a matter of time until this sort of violence starts erupting in The Land Down Under. https://billmuehlenberg.com/2017/07/27/ongoing-war-christianity-australia/
Kelvin Nairn
Hi Bill, there is no doubt about it, the whole Australian education system is under attack. We need to stand up for our Christian children within the school system. We also need to support the large numbers of young Christian Men & Woman who have had to walk away from state run teacher training courses because their strong Bible based beliefs are at odds with the LGBT curriculum requirements. Unfortunately it’s only going to get worse. Jesus was not kidding when He declared; “If they’re going to persecute me, then they’ll persecute you too”. Unfortunately for those who seek to destroy Australia’s Christian Heritage, Romans 14:10-12 does promise a day of reckoning. Bill this article serves as a reality check for the level of persecution that Christianity can expect. Your efforts are to be commended, Blessings, Kel. |

comment: What can be done to prevent more of the same is to focus on the issues which are the root of the problem. No amount of drugs can fix a mentally ill society which is iv fed lies by its mainstream media. This is not about Trump. It is about a current nation on the verge of anarchy and outbreaks of violence. This is only the beginning. A few days ago Antifa began trying to overthrow the U.S. government. This is only the tip of the iceberg of what is to come. And be sure no matter how far out in the bush you may be - it will come to Australia just like any other virus and be a threat to you as well. Are you on Facebook? Have you read his page or looked at the groups he was in. I have. His page is down now - in fact Facebook was down a few hours ago. The media have purged a lot of the Internet of information on this guy. The most flimsy argument is "but he was crazy". Most people who are mass murderers are just that. Yet the social media now is more powerful than it has ever been in history. People live on Facebook, Skype and in Cyber worlds. They are lost without their smart phones, doing selfies and talking to their friends. He was one of these and crazy or not - followed CNN and listened to their fake news. He support the football players kneeling while they player our national anthem. He posted about this. Do you know this guy... really? His friends did and also the family - and they have stories that were not even released when Fox and CNN took the ball and entered the game. A mob is crazy. It is group crazy. And a mob no longer is just driven by someone shouting or a megaphone - it is driven by CNN, Washington Post, The New York Times, and the enemies of America. Wait and watch - I posted this thread early this morning - in a month - in two months - things will be worse - and this will matter - it is only the beginning. Medclinician |

This explains much (I am a serious firearm owner and collector):
Very, very few of the guns in America are used for hunting. Americans who own guns today keep arsenals in a way people did not 40 years ago. It seems plain to me that that’s because they—not all, but many—have given themselves over to fantasies. |

No war on Christians, Med. Not even close. 'Sick in the head': Ex-girlfriends say Texas shooter stalked themhttps://www.msn.com/en-us/news/breakingnews/sick-in-the-head-ex-girlfriends-say-texas-shooter-stalked-them/ar-AAuvL3J?li=BBnbcA1 Details of Kelley's life, however, painted a portrait of a young man capable of disturbing behavior and, allegedly, violence. "That was another thing about him — he was very sick in the head...He would tell me very sick strange things," she said, without providing details. |

Wrong Devin Kelley, Med. Took me all of two minutes to figure that one out. Instead of attacking Technophobe, maybe you should do a little more research before you post links to conspiracy theorists that throw stuff out with caveats like "probably" and "don't quote me on that". This is the guy that supports NFL players exercising their First Amendment rights - https://www.facebook.com/devin.kelley.3538 |

Wherever Devin Patrick Kelley went after graduating from high school, a trail of violence followed.
Key points:
Military officials and authorities in three states are piecing together his 10 years of threatening and abusing loved ones that culminated in last Sunday's horror, when the 26-year-old sprayed a small Texan church congregation with bullets, killing 26 people and wounding 20 others. Kelley grew up in the semi-rural suburb of New Braunfels on San Antonio's fringe, where neighbours found the Kelley family's presence "unsettling". "Every morning when I would go out to the front of my house … I could hear a lot of gunfire in that direction. It felt like it was next door," Robert Gonzalez told NBC News, saying the volleys would last several hours, often starting as early as 8:00am. Kelley graduated from New Braunfels High School in 2009, where former classmates have described him as an "outcast" and one, Kayla Shearer, described him on Facebook as "twisted", according to The Independent. Former girlfriends say he was a threatening figure. "He ended up assaulting me. He would stalk me by repeatedly calling me — even prank calling me, saying really weird stuff," Katy Landry said in a Facebook message to NBC News. Kelley's next two years were turbulent. Enlisting in the Air Force, he was assigned to Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico, with the responsibility of moving passengers, cargo and personal property in military transportation. He married for the first time in 2011, but that soon ended violently. Kelley was confined by the Air Force for 12 months after allegations he had abused his wife, Tessa, and reportedly hit his step-son hard enough to fracture his skull. Tessa Kelley filed for divorce which was finalised in 2012, and two years later Kelley was discharged from the Air Force for bad conduct, and his rank was reduced. Texas Governor Greg Abbott said after the shooting: "It's clear this is a person who had violent tendencies, who had some challenges, and someone who was a powder keg, seemingly waiting to go off." Authorities are now investigating how Kelley, incarcerated by the Air Force, and denied a gun owner's permit in Texas, was able to obtain firearms. There were other "red flags" in Kelley's history. Back home in New Braunfels in February 2014, sheriff's deputies were called out just after 10:00pm one night to investigate a potential domestic violence case. Citing a sheriff's office report, Comal County spokesman Paul Anthony said a friend of Kelley's then girlfriend, Danielle Shields, told authorities she received a text message that indicated "Her [Danielle's] boyfriend was abusing her". The report says Shields reported that "her arms were red" and that Kelley had "told her to pack a bag". When sheriff's deputies arrived, people at the home said there was a "misunderstanding" and no arrests were made. Kelley and Danielle Shields were married two months later. Kelley moved to Colorado later in 2014, registering to vote with an address traced to a mobile home park in Colorado Springs, home to the US Air Force Academy and other Air Force installations. Court records again show violence. In August he was charged with misdemeanour animal cruelty. One neighbour told a deputy that Kelley chased a dog, jumped on top of it and struck the dog with a closed fist several times, according to an incident report released on Monday. Another neighbour said Kelley grabbed the young husky, threw it into the air, then onto the ground and dragged it to his camper. He was given a deferred probationary sentence and ordered to pay $US368 in restitution. A protection order was issued against him in January 2015, The Denver Post reported. He apparently moved back to Texas and sought work as a security guard, obtaining a state private security licence in June and getting a job at the Schlitterbahn water park in New Braunfels. But he was fired after less than six weeks, the water park said in a statement. He was then hired as a security guard at the Summit Vacation Resort, also in New Braunfels. A manager there, Claudia Varjabedian, told the Associated Press that Kelley "seemed like a nice guy" and didn't cause her any problems. He worked there for just five weeks before he set his sights on the little church in Sutherland Springs Texas. He appears to have targeted the church because his wife's family were part of the congregation. Officials have said Kelley was "estranged" from his wife. A resume posted online and linked to an email address associated with Danielle Kelley identifies her as a teacher at the church from 2009 to 2013. Among the responsibilities it listed at the church were to "teach the children about GOD" and "be a positive influence in their life". In the lead-up to the shooting, Kelley sent his mother-in-law threatening texts. Texas Department of Public Safety Regional director Freeman Martin said there was a domestic situation going on within the family. Authorities recovered a Ruger AR-556 rifle at the church and two handguns from Kelley's vehicle. They say all three were purchased by Kelley. Kelley's parents and other relatives did not return numerous messages from The Associated Press seeking comment. |

This guy was a nut, he hated everything including himself. I will now carry when I go to church because there are many who do hate the Christians and I will not allow evil to hurt people. My church has an armed guard at holiday's only but may have an under cover guard at other times, I do not know.
I know that the killing of Christians in the Middle East goes unpublished and uncared about by the press. Just a fact. Just do not want to be unarmed if a nut comes to my church. |

"I don't know" is an answer. You may not accept that, but I don't. If I were in Congress I could introduce a bill trying to create a better health system. I would be hard pressed to provide care for the huge illegal immigrant population that has totaled health care in California. I live in the United States - not amurika - which you still - cannot spell. Nor can I justify life in the inner cities where people have guns and without one you are prey to those who do. https://www.democraticunderground.com/articles/02/08/22_amurika.html This is a dated reference linked to what were and will be social terrorists. Are you part of this group? If so, you are a threat to America (spelled correctly). August 22, 2002 - more than 14 years ago. That is where you should go to read this kind of trash about my country. You most certainly should check this out. https://forum.grasscity.com/threads/obama-appreciation-thread.1039716/ Left-wing radical (Antifa) are not Christian and currently since a large part of the Christian voter base, voted for Trump - this has become a war. It has nothing to do with health care or guns. In fact, the Anarchists need guns for they are trying to start a revolution. Social Justice Warriors are constantly talking against guns but are violent. What would I do if I were President or in office and could actually do something? In terms of guns: 1) I would increase the vetting https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vetting on the sale of any weapon by any pawnshop, store, or other retailer to anyone convicted of a violent crime, on certain medications, with a drug history, or mental incarceration in their past. No guns for these people. 2) All gun shows would have a central database they would search before selling a gun to anyone which still would ensure the privacy of the person. This would be very difficult to enforce. 3) Civilians never need automatic weapons for any reason. It is that simple. Anything more would be to do something illegal, kill large numbers of people, or sell to foreign nationals who then would commit terrorist acts. This is much easier to do in Australia than America. In terms of Health Care: 1) Realize we current do not have enough money versus taxpayers to provide a decent health care system when so many are disabled, elderly, or terminal. In these times, we have gone into such a deficit, that something has to be cut and no one wants anything cut. 2) Realize that all the once young who are now old were expected to mostly die and never live to collect anything. Social Security was a Ponzi scheme https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme from the beginning and those who started it are mostly dead or in some sort of book of records. If they were 30 when this started they would be 112 this year. 1935 The 37-page Social Security Act signed August 14 by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Retirement benefits only to worker, welfare benefits started. 3) the bottom line of socialists - and we do not want America to become socialist - is "we deserve to be taken care of". It is doubtful the model used in Australia or other nations could be well implemented in the U.S. where we such huge minority populations. Let's get into why Australia's Health Care looks so good. Because they ignore their primary minority, the Aborigines, and don't count them in their studies. If they did - they would probably look as bad as the U.S. https://www.oxfam.org.au/what-we-do/indigenous-australia/close-the-gap/australias-indigenous-health-crisis-in-depth/ A 2007 report by the Australian Medical Association also uncovered evidence of inherent discrimination in our health system. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders do not benefit from mainstream health services to the same extent as other Australians because:
comment: They are no better with their inhabitants which were there when they came than America and its Native Americans. You were the immigrants. It was their country. You took it. The war on Christianity has begun and in my day - when I was younger, our health care system was good. People have ruined it - too many people who are taking and not working and paying to provide it. We didn't have big issues with Cultists sacrificing babies in the South (it happens) or huge Baphomet statues wanting equal time with crosses which are being torn down. This in Detroit, Michigan - you wonder why there is a religious war beginning? http://time.com/3972713/detroit-satanic-statue-baphomet/ None of this will make America better. Especially that statue. The 4th generation is now rising up after World War II and they for the most part have no basic "family" in America. Perhaps we can have all the people who have illegally entered the U.S. sent to Australia where you will welcome them with open arms and provide them care like you did the Aborigines. It is my thought that given them on your health care statistic, you would fall to one of the lowest levels in industrialized nations and even near one of a third-world-country. Good luck. Unfortunately, at least for some, the ones funding the people in the black helicopters are no longer in power - as one of them - James Comey lied to the investigators about many things. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Comey We were better off when most people in the U.S. were Christian - in fact, even many of the immigrants were Catholic and at least believed in God. I would liken this to some great battle in history where dead are strewn from horizon to horizon and you come up to me and say "Oh come on now, Medclinician - where's your sense of humor?" I have one. And I often watch old Obama clips and chuckle. What a total joke. 8 years of bad road through Hell. Not my idea of a good time. Medclinician |

the percentage of people who self identify as "Christians" is right around 70%
thats an awful lot personally speaking, despite my head of gray hair I have known only met a few who I would say were truly followers of Christ I can count them on the fingers of one hand with a couple of fingers left over “I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ.”― Mahatma Gandhi (attributed to ) |

Why Christian conservatives supported Trump — and why they might regret ithttps://www.vox.com/2017/10/4/16346800/donald-trump-christian-right-conservative-clinton Eighty percent of white evangelical voters voted for Donald Trump in the November election. For many of these self-described “value voters,” Trump was a walking contradiction of nearly everything they claim to believe in — a vulgar, thrice-married real estate tycoon whose brand is built on money, women, and debauchery. Still, they voted for him. The question is why? ya lie down with a dog ya get up with fleas |

I and the others voted for Trump because he was the ONLY choice when compared to the alternative. We also read the bible and know from it that sometimes God uses imperfect men to accomplish his goals. Trump also has pretty much kept his promises (or tried to) and the economy shows it.
The harder the left tries to 'get him' and puts him down, the more likely he's going to have a 2nd term. No matter what, he's for America first and that's what we want. A return to a strong America that other countries look UP to and FEAR. I'm proud of him and what he's done and will do before he leaves.

You are proud of a man who sold out the United States to Russia, a country that has targeted us with its newest ICBM, named "Satan 2"? |
