I have tuna, mayo/whipped salad dressing, crackers with  dates expiring in Jan.& Feb. 07.

Need a few ideal's for appetizer's/hors d'oeuvre to use about 20 cans of tuna 10 box's of crackers, and 8 large jars of mayo.

Any one else need to use up some prep for the holidays, before the expiration dates?Star

Another idea, especially this time of year, is to donate to the food bank.   And if you itemize, not only can you deduct the retail cost of the goods from your taxes, but also your mileage to and from the drop off location!

You could use the mayo for crab dip and depending on the type of crackers might be able to use those as well.

lunch's for a month or two will use them up. Make sure that the foods you stock are ones that you like to eat or they will just sit there. Also one of the things about prepping is to eat like a prepper now thats why you buy what you will eat. If it needs to be used up use it. But with hoidays it is nice to donate it to someone that will use it now like food banks or soup kitchens.

You can also make tuna fish sandwitches and freeze them like the lunch wagons do.

Thank you, for your help.  That's What I'll do.  The cucumber, tomato, tuna, also looks great on a tray (X-mas color's) .
