	It might also be seasonal....since the MERS virus is carried by the Egyptian tomb bats that populate the Arab peninsula, it is possible that some seasonal factor brings people into closer contact with that source (feces contaminated dates for example). We still don't know much about the natural reservoirs for the MERS corona virus, although camels are now implicated as another host species. If we get a true "super-spreader" human case, it will get nasty, SARS style!
