Looks like 12 symptomatic and 5 asymptomatic cases. 



 
In the context of the work of epidemiological investigation and ongoing follow-up carried out by the Ministry of Health for the virus, "Corona" that causes Acquired Middle East respiratory MERS CoV and after briefing the National Scientific Committee for Infectious Diseases on the results of laboratory tests of the cases and discussion of the cases, Ministry announces the registration of a dozen cases of the virus, and 5 cases Mkhaltin to confirmed cases.

And eleventh in Riyadh for citizenship at the age of 79 years old, and suffering from several chronic diseases, and receive intensive care treatment, asking God her a speedy recovery.

And twelve in Riyadh for citizenship at the age of 89 years old, and suffering from several chronic diseases, and receive intensive care treatment, asking God her a speedy recovery.

The thirteenth century in Riyadh for the citizen at the age of 73 years old, and suffering from several chronic diseases has passed away may he rest in peace.

And fourteen in Tabuk region to a resident at the age of 41 years old and receiving treatment for intensive care, asking God to him a speedy recovery.

And fifteen in the Medina citizen at the age of 18 years Mkhalt of confirmed cases and has no symptoms.

And sixteen in the Medina of citizenship at the age of 25 years, mixing with a confirmed case and has no symptoms.

And seventeen in the Medina citizen at the age of 11 years Mkhalt of confirmed cases, and has no symptoms.

It might also be seasonal....since the MERS virus is carried by the Egyptian tomb bats that populate the Arab peninsula, it is possible that some seasonal factor brings people into closer contact with that source (feces contaminated dates for example).  

We still don't know much about the natural reservoirs for the MERS corona virus, although camels are now implicated as another host species.   If we get a true "super-spreader" human case, it will get nasty, SARS style!
