in fact if you read the text carefully and do the math (arrived, admitted, turned away, and mortality rates) you end up these days in that location at abput 80 %. if they do not manage to get much more centers and beds... we will soon see a rise to over 80 %.

	Good post, It gives you perspective as to the dangers of unconstrained spread. It also is a well articulated look at a slow crumble of society's infrastructure. A must read.
