the 1918 flu had been around for awhile too, just like ebola
and wasn't much of a threat UNTIL it mutated and well we all know the rest of the story members of this site did an OUTSTANDING job keeping everyone informed of ebola and I for one VERY much appreciated their efforts ebola is no longer on the front burner but we damn well better not forget it |

The H5N1 and the H7N9 are both doing that right now only they are much worse as they now stand.
