From what I understand, they have already linked Zika to micrcocephaly in Columbia in some cases, but all reports I've seen to date state they won't have any answers until these pregnant cases actually begin to give birth in June.  It could be a little early to make a determination in Columbia as the women have not yet given birth.

WHO is being very careful and still won't say there is a correlation. Bottom line is they probably won't have anything that proves anything until we are entering the summer when all the anxious mosquitoes in New York and other places may form a reservoir and spread this.

Do not want to see this happen. Here is a taste of the problem.

Now we get into the the CDC mindset - which I guess is a little presumptive - but if only 1 in 5 have symptoms and this is basically a baby disease ... but then it's not is it?  And it has mutated. Went over several studies and it looks like the 2015 beast is nastier.

How many studies will there be to see if Monsanto is the culprit with massive pesticide spraying?  Very few. So I guess we are down to the scary possibilities. One - it becomes droplet or airborne - at least sneeze borne. We know it can be spread sexually - since it is found in mucous and could it be in the respiratory system?  So far it's no for the lungs and sneezes

There is evidence that when a person has the Zika virus, the virus can be found in all body fluids, like blood and urine for example, he said. This is generally a poor way for the virus to be transmitted especially since the virus is not found in the lungs or in sneezes.

comment: I wouldn't say blood is a poor way. I mean look at HIV.  Anyway - still we were getting some pretty big numbers in Latin America.  Time will tell. However looks like it will be much more about screen doors and windows than safe sex. For now.
