   How crazy can it get. Well this is suicidal and one should really start to consider the possibility of the launch of nuclear missiles and an exchange that could pull in the U.S. and NATO. 

If a leader has no consideration in terms of the survival of its people ("let them chew roots") they become a truly loose cannon and the more weapons capability the worse the first strike will be if only once. No doubt, there are anti-missile arrays deployed in South Korea to intercept a launch.
