https://www.rt.com/news/340359-china-test-ballistic-missile/

While the media remains consumed with the presidential race and U.S. President Obama agonizes over suing Saudi Arabia for 9/11, the Chinese now have a missile that can take out American cities in 30 minutes. This is very bad. This is from a mobile platform with maximum range for the missile which mean we cannot predict where it will come from.

As we continue to reduce our stockpile, fall behind in technology, and reduce military spending and our forces - the U.S. becomes more and more vulnerable.

No one in the race for president in the U.S., and they will not even be in office until January, is addressing the serious issues which need to be handled. It isn't immigration or taxes, or social security... it is whether we protect our nation from foreign invasion.

Beijing has successfully tested a new long-range ballistic missile capable of engaging any potential target worldwide. The rocket takes just 30 minutes to cover its maximum 12,000km range and can deliver multiple strikes on any nuclear-capable state.

The launch of China’s Dongfeng-41 (East Wind, DF-41) missile was registered by the US satellite tracking system in real time, the Washington Free Beacon reports, although the location of the launch was not immediately revealed. The launch was made from a new road-mobile platform, and is reportedly the seventh test-firing of the DF-41.

American experts estimate the DF-41 to be an 80-ton, three-stage solid-fuel missile capable of carrying between six and 10 nuclear warheads.

Our politicians in the USA have sold us out Repubs and Dems! That is why I am for Trump. At least he is not owned by anyone. That is why the establishment GOP is so against him.

In spite of the fact the Chinese recently tested a nuclear missile which could hit any target in the U.S. in 30 minutes - how important is this? The question remains despite the propaganda of whether U.S. and Ally nuclear submarines could decimate the Asian continent as I knew they could in 1969 - for a fact - in 40 minutes.

It really isn't that relevant how many silos can be blown up as opposed to subs parked off the the 12-mile-nautical limit from coastal cities with a 12 minute hit capacity. You might notice there is near zero on the network about currently targeted Chinese cities and Russian- which have clearly been targets for decades.

Unlike other nations - most of the Allied nuclear powers rarely boast of what they can do, or their secret projects which often mirror or are copied by China and Russia. Reason?

There are 330,000 U.S. forces in South Korea right now setting up shop and improving defenses.
Although Kim John Un continues to celebrate despite a recently exploded missile, they are still there not that far off the coast from China. You might see B-52 bombers heading in radio silence to reach Moscow in the movies, but it is unlikely they would even make it past the border. It is the sub-borne nukes which are the biggest problem.

How fast could the allies nuke China if they were on alert?

The nominal flight time of a ballistic missile traveling between the U.S. and Russia is about 30 minutes; it is 12 minutes for a missile launched by a submarine stationed off the coast. These short flight times define and dictate how much “Presidential decision-making time” is available for the President to decide whether or not to launch a nuclear strike in response to the perceived attack.

Thus the entire process of detecting and evaluating the attack warning must be completed in less than 7 minutes. According to retired military officers, the President is then given a 30 second briefing.
If the attack is believed to come from a submarine, the President will be told that he then has as little as 10 seconds to make the decision whether or not to launch a responsive nuclear attack.

One might consider which of the presidential candidates could do this in 10 seconds. I have no doubt Hillary Clinton could and would.

comment: I have always found it entertaining, which seems a little cold, to watch movies where a huge cloud of missiles makes it way across the pole as people scatter to make it to the shelters. There are are few nuclear target maps on the net which show which cities in China and Russia will be hit in a nuclear exchange - but I really don't feel all that save living near the Bay Area in California. With launch to target time of 10 minutes for Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego - as well as New York, D.C. and most of the East Coast - forget the 30 minutes and satellite killers. These cities would be a memory as would most near the coast in Asia. One problem though - or challenge - Moscow is more than 1300 miles from the Baltic however St. Petersburg and Lenningrad are on the coast of The Baltic Sea. Is it any wonder why there such fierce activity in the Baltic?

Yet one hears little about threats or strategies of countering China's new 30 minute missile. Maybe the U.S. military and Defense Department, as well as the Allies, have learned a secret that the bragging propaganda films of North Korea and other Asian powers don't seem to know -
