Is anyone else having issues with vertigo right now?  I'm having bad sinus issues that are causing me to feel really lousy and giving me inner ear troubles where the room is spinning every time I move my head.  If not that, then I have a headache and feel 'woozie'.

Hormonal fluctuations such as those associated with pregnancy and (peri)menopause can cause or contribute to both allergies and vertigo. They can also cause headaches and that "space cadet" feeling in your head.
