https://www.superstation95.com/index.php/world/1544 Shortly after Erdogan appologized to Russia for shooting down a Russian fighter above the Turkish Syrian border a terrorist attack on Kemal Attatürk Airport-Istanbul up till now has claimed 41 lives. Kemal Attatürk founded the modern Turkey after the fall of the Ottoman Empire at the end of World War 1. He seperated religion from state. That is something some religious groups now want to turn back.

https://www.rt.com/news/348841-putin-erdogan-meeting-plane/ Erdogan seems to be reviewing his foreign policy. http://www.debka.com/article/25506/Israeli-Turkish-accord-core-of-new-lineup-vs-Iran Turkey is making deals with Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Israel and Russia.

The US-CIA is very much linked to both IS and Kurdish fighters inside Syria fighting IS. After giving support to the Muslim-brotherhood government in Egypt, pulling back from attacking Assad in Syria after the (rebel) Sarin-attack on a Damascus suburb and other foreign policy "problems" (the US-Israel relations are bad, Saudi Arabia did not succeed in using the oil-price weapon against the US, the Yemen war is a disaster for both Saudi Arabia and the US, Russia and Iran did gain power in the Middle East) the US in the world is seen as unriliable and agressive.

As Debka points out the progress in Iraq against IS is due to Iran. Sunni-muslims feel that they are now under pressure from both Kurdish and Shia-fighters in parts of Iraq and Syria where they once ruled http://www.debka.com/article/25510/More-airports-under-ISIS-threat-after-Istanbul-.

Developments in Lebanon also ask for attention. Lebanon has over 1 milion refugees from Syria on top of the Palestinian refugees and the division between muslim and christians in that country. Russia may be asked for increasing assistence in keeping Lebanon out the Syrian war.

Countries in the Middle-East are taking their hands of IS-therefor IS feels free to attack former partners. As Debka reports IS must have many "sleeping cells" in many places that proberbly can be activated the same way as IS does her international banking, a person is send out the get the money/message over.

Just like Al Qaeda IS is a CIA-project getting out of control. That is one of the reasons why Russia, China, Iran may-at the end-be working together with Egypt (facing IS in Libya and Sinaï,) Israël (IS so far did not attack Israel-even though Israel gave support to Kurdish fighters agains Assad, gave medical aid inside Israel to rebels from Syria and has special forces inside Syria. Hamas could become part of IS ?) and Turkey. Even Saudi Arabia may hve to deal with Russia due to the changing energy market. (The US has had excersises with the Australian Navy in the strait of Malacca blocking oil transport from the Middle East towards China. China and Russia are now investing strongley on pipelines from Siberia towards China. Russia is supporting China's claims in the South China Sea.)

Another long term development could be a canal via western Iran from the Indian Ocean towards the Caspians Sea giving Russia another warm water port-and a connection to the Indian Ocean. Russia sees the US support for Japan as a treath for their Vladivostok Navy-harbour.

Infamous Chechen terrorist identified as planner of Istanbul airport assault
DEBKAfile June 30, 2016, 4:54 PM (IDT)

The man who planned Tuesday's attack on Istanbul's Ataturk international airport in which nearly 50 people lost their lives has been identified as Akhmed Chatayev, a Russian Chechen wanted by intelligence and security services around the world. He trained the terror cell consisting of citizens from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia that carried out the assault. On Thursday, Turkish counterterror forces carried out a number of raids and arrested 13 wanted men including some foreigners. In some of the locations ISIS propaganda was found.
