It is still early days in this theory (which needs more trials) but Prof Reddy said: "In a pandemic, staying in during the daytime could be quite important and save people's lives, it could have a big impact if trials bear it out."

I suppose this means that in a pandemic situation, if we have to go out (not enough food stored) it is better to go out in the later afternoon, rather than in the morning.
