The latest NK nuclear test is an insult to humanity. But if there is any action against "Kim" it only will have results when "the west" (US-EU) and "the east" (Russia-China) work together. 

Alowing Israel getting nuclear weapons did not help. Re-uniting Germany to push NATO towards Russia's borders did not help. 

The US has serious internal problems with wildfires, earthquakes, volcanos and hurricanes. 

For the moment the outcome looks like Kim get away with his plans.
