https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/bc-earthquakes-1.4872470 DJ;Three major quakes (M6.6, M6.8, M6.5) in a row in the same area within a few hours may indicate:
-best scenario=release of pressure=decrease of any further (major) quakes -can trigger further quakes along the faultline (in this case western US/Mexico may see an increase in quakes) -worst case scenario=foreshock https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreshock that may be an alarm for a major event on its way. DJ-All indications so far are no damage or injuries. Most likely there will be (some) more quakes. It is unusual to see THREE such M6+ quakes within this timeframe in that area. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=THPmyXPA-Dc DutchSinse https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8V8FHBd5fbw newest DutchSinse |
