How do you tell if a politician is lying?
His lips or pen are moving.

Gee the politicians are doing their job. In 2009 this is what the U.S. gave to Uganda,   The US is to give Uganda $246m (UShs 461bn) in aid to revive health, agriculture and trade, it was announced this weekend.

It is hard to find how much money we give to all countries guess what the government does not want the people of the U.S. to know how much of our tax money goes away to these countries for NOTHING!

The money goes into the pockets of the leaders not to help the people.
