We just went to Defcon 5. They (the WHO) is being slow to react.   By all definitions a pandemic is beginning. Since the WHO praised China 10 days ago, their slow reaction I suppose is normal.

After watching how they responded to questions, and especially regarding the Chinese government, It was abundantly clear (imo) they were giving cover to china. It was a love fest for the Chinese response in the beginning.
