At least your airports are screening for it. NZ has only announced this morning that it'll screen at Auckland and Christchurch airports. What about the other airports?

Whenever I fly into the UK I always fly into a small regional airport from Europe where immigration is a man with a clipboard. There are plenty of ways into countries avoiding the main hubs. Frankly if I were in China and even suspected I might have come into contact with it, I'd hotfoot it to a European country will no or very few cases where I could be sure I'd get first rate medical treatment. I wouldn't hang around in China where they are overwhelmed and running out of supplies.

Now is that selfish behaviour or enlightened self preservation?
Those who got it wrong, for whatever reason, may feel defensive and retrench into a position that doesn’t accord with the facts.
