This morning I visited the Havaria Information Service Alert Map at:
11 red flashing bird flu icons.
I visited just now and there are only 8, counting two almost on top of
each other in one place.
Does this mean it is all getting better? The bird flu is no longer in that place? or what?
Faith is being sure of what we hope for

and certain of what we do not see.

i think it just means that that particular warning has timed out for that event, not that the event is no longer happening
