I bought a 5 gal bucket of honey. I want to put it in smaller jars. Do I have to boil them and do all that stuff for honey? Any honey people that can give advice is welcome

I don't think you have to boil them, but it wouldn't hurt to run them through the dishwasher and make sure they're really clean. Honey is sterile--no bugs will grow in it so it doesn't spoil. They've found honey in Egyptian tombs that is thousands of years old and still good. It's one thing you can keep that will never go bad.
One thing it might do, though, is crystallize or "harden"--it will look weird and lumpy but will taste just as good as ever. You can liquefy it again by putting the jar in hot water.
I saw your canning post about how you have a different kind of stove--you might find a friend who will let you use her kitchen if you share what you're canning. Also, if it's really hard for you to can, just buy canned food when it's one sale. you can get most of the same stuff you'd make yourself, and often it's even cheaper than doing it yourself (unless you have a big garden and your produce is "free"). So if canning is a lot of hassle for you, don't worry about not doing your own, just focus on the other things you can do.
Happy prepping!

One of the reasons why you shouldn't give babies or toddlers under two years old is because honey can be contaminated with botulism.
Though I have had honey in jars for 5 years and it has been fine. I dip a spoon in boiling water for 30 seconds [which helps the honey slide of the spoon easier] but I would also think that the boiling water keeps the honey bug free.
If you have any bee keepers in your area why not give them a call and ask there advice about rebottling your honey.
