Found tons of info at the LDS website. There isn't a necessity that isn't covered and there's a PDF book with everything you can imagine.  How to make an egg substitute for baking using gelatin & water, making your own soy meat, Graham Crackers, wheat thins, you name it. Tons of other fantastic prepping advice too. Even if you've checked out their website already, be sure to take a look at the PDF. I missed it in my first few visits.

Just click on "Essentials of Home Production & Storage " on the right side of the page to see/download the PDF.  Say what you want about the door knockers.... they certainly have it together when it comes to prepping!
