An earthquake of magnitude 6.7 hsa struck off British Columbia, the United States Geological Survey said.

There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage from the quake, which hit at a depth of 33 km about 190 km southwest of Port Hardy, a town on the northeast end of Vancouver island.

There was no immediate tsunami warning.

https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/bc-earthquakes-1.4872470 DJ;Three major quakes (M6.6, M6.8, M6.5) in a row in the same area within a few hours may indicate:

-best scenario=release of pressure=decrease of any further (major) quakes
-can trigger further quakes along the faultline (in this case western US/Mexico may see an increase in quakes)
-worst case scenario=foreshock https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreshock that may be an alarm for a major event on its way.

DJ-All indications so far are no damage or injuries. Most likely there will be (some) more quakes. It is unusual to see THREE such M6+ quakes within this timeframe in that area.
