Yes, there has been speculation about the big one coming in "Cali" for several decades with movies of huge tidal waves and LA covered by ocean. Yet, there has been considerable activity in the last 48 hours indicating we near it "not if, but when".
Things are rumbling and shaking from Alaska to Southern California. It has been too quiet. I have lived in the Bay Area near San Francisco most of my life and was here for both major shakers. Normally, we have a lot of little chandelier swingers and a few where even things fall of our tables and the cats or dogs begin running around or the dogs howl. When animals start freaking out you can be sure most of the time, a big one is coming in a few minutes. They feel it before we do. Thank God I am not on the San Andreas fault where I was before and watched my house I had just moved out of tumble down the hill in Morgan Hill towards Lake Anderson. Medclinician |
