She fought valiantly. You fought valiantly for her. She must have had a good life. She now has a new life and smiles warmly down on you. You must have fond memories and smile back. God Bless you, John, and God Bless Nancy.

Very sad... I'm sorry to hear this news Johnray. I know your heart must be breaking.
This news makes me reflect that we often speak here about people lives unknown with such irreverence, that when it is someone close to us it really brings everything back into perspective. Even though i don't really know you well. Its incomprehensible to me to be without my wife... she means the world to me. It makes me shed a tear thinking you are going through this pain right now. Sorry my friend Rest in peace Nancy |

John, I'm so sorry about Nancy. I am thinking about you & praying for you this week. I know the last week has been numb & surreal. When the world moves on & people go on with their lives we will still be here for you. Please take care of yourself.

I found that to get thru these strange times to remember the good times I had with my wife and not to dwell on the last 7 years of her time with me as she was not having a good time during those years. You will always remember everything but dwell on the good times you had with Nancy Put your faith in God as this is a testing time for you. Keep busy so as to occupy your mind. Spend time with other people as being alone can cause you to become depressed for these next several months. Your friends around you with ask about you, how are you doing ect. answer truthfully and take them up on offers to spend time with you. I say these things as that is what got me through the first year after her death. Your brother in Christ |

I am at a loss for anything to say, but I am still here too. I imagine there are many others in the same boat as me. So, we are all still here Johnray, thinking of and praying for, you.
I am glad you have family there. I hope they are a huge support. Hang in there my friend. Maggie
