One of the Arnhem-prisons houses refugees now, also empty state-office buildings (due to spending cuts) are transformed to refugee-shelters. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-05-18/surprising-decision-where-house-thousands-dutch-refugees-prison. 

More refugees are on their way, due to climate change, US agression in Latin America, Europe and Asia. So Greece may become an Asylum Seeker-country http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-05-18/eu-turkey-migrant-deal-unravels-turning-greece-massive-refugee-camp. 

There will be more refugees than ever before in history soon. Sealevelrise, temperature rise (already parts of Asia and Africa dealing with temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius/120+ Fahrenheit) means more places become impossible to live.
