Does anyone know what the current BF situation in India is? My husband/fathers company is going to be traveling to India soon for work, and against my warnings, they are still going. Has India had any confirmed Human cases?

Better to be safe than sorry....

I don't think India is reporting anything.  Yet we know that the actual situation could be much worse.

I have had to travel to India before, and I know he will have to go an get some shots and should take CIPRO with him for possible gastro-intestinal problems.  Given what we know about governmental cover ups concerning the bird flu, I think he should also take some TamiFlu with him.

Better safe than sorry.

They have bird flu endemic in their wild bird population. They's had it for at least a year but like like hell about it in a foolish attempt to hide it.
