Long term grain storage help

I am planning a long term grain and flour storage, any help would be very welcome.
I have bought the lock and lock large containers for flour and 24 large rubber sealed glass kilner preserving jars.
How long will rice and grain, also flour sealed in sterilized jars last for does anyone know ?
