Maybe once Obama is out of office, then the next president can take Obama away at 4:00 AM and lock him up indefinitely and not tell him what the charges are.

I have yet to see Romney/Ryan bring the NDAA up as a campaign issue. There probably Okay with it.

Call the Obama and Romney campaign, and ask if their candidate acknowledges due-process as a basic human right. If they acknowledge that it is, ask them to explain Section 1021, of the National Defense Authorization Act, where an American citizen can be detained indefinitely without charge, jury or trial.

Perhaps there is a slight amount of justice left in this country.
OOPS! I shouldn't have said that. I might be arrested in the middle of the night under suspicion of being a terrorist!
Gee, if anyone makes any reference to free speech or the constitution they're also considered possible terrorists. Wouldn't it just be easier to try and label the 1% of American's as non-terrorists instead?
Has common sense and decency gone completely out the window? What is happening? This is not the same country that I grew up in, that's for sure. Our government is PARANOID!
