Well, after nearly 7 years our site here is finally on page one of google for the search term "avian flu". Should an avian flu pandemic ever happen, this site will be #1 and the world at large will be on here, at which time you all can work your magic and get people through it. So everybody should stick around another 30 years, or how ever long. Of course our swineflu.org dominates the search engines for that particular category. Cornering the internet during a flu pandemic is ours.

I check in at least twice a day, somtimes more to clean up the advertisements. Of course to check on the latest news too!

Yesterday at my checkup, doctor asked me if I had my flushot. I was puzzled and asked him why because flu season was over. He said H1N1 is around and is a hot-weather virus. I told him I did have it at work few months ago. He seemed relieved. I did not want to ask him if he saw any flu recently...

Lots of people with the flu right now in our area. Our hospital has a stands with masks, sanitizer and tissues in them all over the place and some of the mask spaces were even empty cause they had all been used up. I went in having problems with my asthma a couple weeks ago, the doc made me put a mask on as soon as I came into the room until he was sure it was just my asthma and I didn't have the flu. After he figured out it was just my asthma I got to take it off, lol.

Hope things get better Penham! We are all over flu in Colorado as far as I have seen. We left school last week and all staff and kids were healthy for the past 3 months.
