Maybe the National Weather Service and DHS plan on doing a lot of hunting this fall? But, seriously war with Iran and a global meltdown might be a logical explanation.

Is it civil unrest if Obama is not re-elected, total failure of our banking system, or maybe Obama will not leave office if he is voted out and he will take the country to be dictator? But what soldier or cop is going to shoot American Citizens? I am worried!

First it was the Department of Homeland Security, then it was the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and now the Social Security Administration is set to purchase 174,000 rounds of hollow point bullets that will be delivered to 41 locations across the country.

Elver this is not right. NO ONE uses hollow points to practice it is only to kill.

If we have a total economic collapse, then there won't be any social security, hence, the much needed bullets for the social security offices.
 
If they inflate the dollar to the moon, I think we'll eventually have a collapse because everything will become too expensive to afford.  It will be just like the housing crisis.  House prices got too expensive for the average person and prices collapsed. 
 
In any event, the derivatives market as well as the emplosion of Europe could hasten a total collapse. 
 
The government can imprison us without trial, but where on earth are they planning to put everybody?  The FEMA camps aren't large enough to hold a major breakdown of society.  I think that is why they just plan on killing anyone who loots or creates havoc other ways.  Just wait until all those Army guys start looting through everyone's homes under the guise of protecting us.  They'll be looting everyone in order to feed themselves & their own families, not to mention making money on the black market with whatever they find to sell. 
 
Think Hurricane Katrina where the police confiscated people's self defense weapons & then looted afterwards knowing that there weren't people able to stop them.  I want to know just exactly who in our government is going to keep the martial law police honest?  Things will spiral out of control very quickly and I'm just a bit more worried about the police than I am my next door neighbor.

Untrue, we'd regularly practice with hollowpoints.

That said, we never practiced with 1.2 BILLION ROUNDS of hollowpoints.....

A better question: Which military person or police officer is going to stand by and allow the President to not leave office? The beauty of the oath of commission and enlistment is that we swear not to the President, but to protect the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. If Zer0 tried some crap like that, calling him an enemy of the Constitution would be pretty easy.

While I absolutely think Zer0 would do and say literally anything to stay in power as he really does believe that he should be King, I highly doubt he'd be so stupid to think he could pull something like that off.

The military from pretty much the top down abhors this President, and would instantly mutiny were he to pull something like that. Look at military voters: 94% went against Zer0. That alone should tell you something.
