WHO Criticized for Withholding Information
Regarding Human to Human Transmission of
Avian Bird Flu

This new forum has gained a lot attention since Dr. Niman recently
released commentaries warning that human to human transmission has
now become more efficient and the WHO’s failure to provide important
information is cause for concern.

(PRWEB) February 6, 2006 -- Avian Flu Talk recently announced the
launch of its highly successful H5N1 bird flu discussion forum. The new
forum is growing rapidly each day as it is now approaching 400 members
in the last 90 days.

The site recently created a new forum that is dedicated to discussing
commentaries issued by leading expert of infectious diseases, Dr. Henry
Niman, founder of the website Recombinomics.com. This new forum has
gained a lot attention since Dr. Niman recently released commentaries
warning that human to human transmission has now become more
efficient and the WHO’s failure to provide important information is cause
for concern.

“H5N1 is expanding its geographical reach via migratory birds and
expanding its host range via acquisition of genetic changes by
recombining its genetic information with other flu viruses,” said Dr. Henry
Niman of Recombinomics, Inc.

“The outbreaks in Turkey are expanding into neighboring countries, but
this region lacks transparency. The WHO is withholding important
information regarding onset dates and relationships between infected
people. The data indicate H5N1 transmission to humans is becoming
more efficient, and these developments are not being covered well in the
popular media,” Dr. Henry Niman said.

Dr. Niman fears that the bird flu virus may soon undergo the final genetic
mutation which will result in sustained human to human transmission.

“Some of the genetic changes, which allow H5N1 to grow more efficiently
at lower temperatures or bind to human receptors more efficiently, are
too detailed for many of the media reports”, said Dr. Niman.

Since adding Dr. Niman’s commentaries to the Avian Flu Talk forum, the
website has truly become a great source for receiving the latest bird flu
news. Forums like Avian Flu Talk allow for discussion of ongoing
developments, almost in real time, and provide a useful function for
educating the public".

I didn't know this site is also under avianflutalk.com.  I've been coming in through superflutalk.com.
It's not so much the apocalypse... but the credit card bills ;-)

WHO sending bird flu experts to Nigeria at weekend (English)
GENEVA, Feb 10 (Reuters) - The World Health Organisation (WHO) said on Friday that it was sending a team of 7 or 8 experts to Nigeria to try to prevent human cases of bird flu after outbreaks in poultry. | "We have a team arranged to go tomorrow...

They probably had to wait till kids got out of school so they could bring the wife and kids. Think they are sending the Turtle Brigade. So named for thier speed of response.

Each time WHO sends in a team, they are already one to two weeks too late to document the numbers and species of birds that have stopped to rest on their various migrations, then take flight once again.

I suppose that the role of World Government is not far removed from that of our own, at Federal, state, or local levels:

BEAN COUNTERS (or should I say, Body Counters)

On a good day, they have a high level of preparation, which means that they have stockpiled body bags on our behalf. And, budgets permitting, some additional plans for their own survival and continuity of their operations.

Anyway, WHO doesn't seem too far removed from the standard government model

Don't count expect much from the WHO other than to count the bodies. Lets make sure ours are not included. Learn from history.

WHO is sent in for News Control.  When they go in, the numbers of dead always are lowered. The Doctors are told how to lower the death counts in future patients.  The politicians are told how to obfuscate the story so that people forget all that is happening.

Remember in Africa those stories about people dying after eating pigs that had died.  Did you notice how there was no followup in the papers about it?
That is how the WHO operates.  Suppress the news.  It is for the financial good of the country.

When Vietnam had the Sichuan Sheet strain of Bird flu spread to their cattle and pigs and horses...... there was one newspaper story that made it to an online paper.  After that there was nothing.  News blackout.

There were numerous cattle and pig and dog deaths in India. Initial reports and then nothing.

In the Ukraine, there was a massive death of cattle (no reports of pigs, but you know) when Sichuan Sheet swept through.  Only one story made it to an online paper (It is still there.) but after that one "mistake" there have been no follow up stories.

Information control!

Check Yahoo home page this morning, there is a link to a news story that states the WHO has fears we are very close for H2H sustainability but that's about it.  I almost applauded just for that comment!  At least they are admitting it's GOING to happen, and it's happening pretty dang quick.  Hopefully our (the US) government will tell people to start prepping.  Will that lead to panic or people continuing on with their daily lives as though untouchable???

Thanks for keeping us up to date with the news.  This forum will probably be out-of-control as news spreads about the BF and this website.

"bird flu is in Nigeria is a cause for great concern and demands immediate action"

The WHO is qutoed as saying this yet they are also quoted as saying they will be sending a team either tomorrow or Sunday to Nigeria.

WHO's idea of immediate action.

I can not help but believe that the present language coming out of the WHO is a lead into raising the level to 4.  Just IMHO.

My error...
I though you were saying you were about to offer some information.
I guess it was more of a statement that you had offered the information.
Sorry
