the government health budget allocates the equivalent of about
21 U.S. cents per person each year.
Yeah...they can ramp up to fight the virus...but thats right the WHO is going to go there....cough...cough....no need to worry... |

This Africa thing really freaks me out! I dont see how they are going
to be able to ramp up their ability to fight this bugger......
