In Nigeria, where the average life expectancy is about 46, the government health budget allocates the equivalent of about 21 U.S. cents per person each year.

Yeah...they can ramp up to fight the virus...but thats right the WHO is going to go there....cough...cough....no need to worry...

This Africa thing really freaks me out! I dont see how they are going to be able to ramp up their ability to fight this bugger......

21 cents per person...a year? YIKES!!! That's scary!

Yep -- I mean can Africa suffer anymore??

The developed world have let the under developed countries languish for years in poverty an illness.  Looks like the Chickens are comming home to roost.  Pardon the Pun.
