The U.S. is nearing 1 million recorded COVID-19 deaths without the social reckoning that such a tragedy should provoke. Why? DJ, Worldometer has US deaths now at 997,136...march 18 the US (under)reported 721 "new' CoViD deaths...BA.2 subvariants must be increasing in the US...but also very likely other variants...A decrease of testing/sequencing and reporting means "the pandemic is off the radar" in the US.... |
