China is aware of the risks for a second wave. Especialy from rural area's with less medical control Covid19 can restart. 

Another issue should be the way China is dealing/eating animals/food. Since the most likely cause of this corona disease was with bats-being eaten-how many more riskfactors are there in China ? 

In food production/safety China seems to be a third world country-has to increase rules and food safety. 

In crowd control-in urban area's China is "first class-big brother"with personal QR codes, i-phone tracking etc. and still the economy and travel in slow down/control. 

With summer coming extreme weather is a risk factor, earthquakes, economic collapse there are also other risks.

They control so much of what their people do and say why can they not stop eating bats or have wet markets

The bat eating genesis story is likely a myth. More likely, lab escape from gain of function studies from Wuhan BS4 lab. Evidence purposely destroyed.
