9 come back from West Africa to Kenya

   Interesting difference between countries. We just had 9 people come back from western Africa to Kenya. They had to wait in isolation in west africa before flying and when they arrived they were immediately put into quarantine and tested. When the tests came back negative they were released to their families. How is it Kenya can handle it so well and a first world country like the US had done such a terrible job?
