Clotting

I did see about blood clotting a few weeks ago,causing heart attacks ,and brain hemorages....

Lots to learn about this Virus yet....

Natural viruses do everything lab grown ones do.  The difference is, lab grown ones are engineered to collect nasty traits in one organism, instead of spread out in the wider population of the bugs - as they are in the wild.

The higher the number of hosts, the greater chance of more nasty traits appearing/collecting in a single bug.  Lots of people have this one; that is a whole lot of natural petrie dishes to grow variants in.

Also the higher the number of hosts, the greater chance of some people with odd genetics or hidden conditions being infected and in consequence, exhibiting strange symptoms or co-morbidities.

Wether or not this was lab grown, the same odd stuff could appear in out-lier hosts.  

For what it is worth, this bug is such a great society smasher, I would not be surprised if it did originate in a lab, but no sane person would have deliberately have released it*, and the evidence points (not proves - just points) to a natural generation in unnatural surroundings (ie. a wet market).

*An insane one or a terrorist group would probably have picked something far more deadly and infectious.
