This article from the UK states that most of the Covid cases in hospital have been admitted for something other than Covid, and are testing positive on admittance. This tallies with the info coming out of South Africa. |

Those who got it wrong, for whatever reason, may feel defensive and retrench into a position that doesn’t accord with the facts.

I think in relation to Covid the terms "with' and "from" and the unequivocal differences between them have largely been ignored throughout the pandemic as they relate to hospitalizations and deaths. Hence it is rather interesting to see this article. |

301 more patients admitted to London hospitals with Covid. That's 78% more than 7 days ago. And 75%+ of these hospitalisations are primarily due to Covid. The England weekly average is currently 72% |
