One of the largest and most authoritative coronavirus surveys has found that infections are quickly falling in England, confirming that lockdown is working to suppress the virus. I maintain that this is happening because the initial virus has taken out all the low changing fruit, i.e., all the people who can't or won't stay in, social distance, wear masks, etc. Now comes round two, when the variants and recombinations have their way. |
