I still have quite a bit of antibiotics and Tamiflu myself.

Good to see you Anon, what type of naturals are you using?   I'm sure most of us already have the same things.

Where are you guys getting antibiotics? My doc will not write a script for them. I did just buy antiemetic suppositories from the UK, which are also prescription only here in the U.S. I would like to buy antibiotics, but the last time I went on the internet to check it out, I got tons of porn emails afterward. Ugh!

I answered no, if only cause I'm pretty sure that my stash of amoxil is expired. Only like 5 left, but the bottle was filled in '03, so i've refrained from taking any this year.

But I will be adding some basic anti-biotics/anti-virals to my stash. Once I figure out which ones to buy, i will do so in mexico. much cheaper than US, and no scrip needed

I like what anon said about taking the natural way.  Does anyone know about this Viralcide being offered on the front page?  Is there anyone we can talk to about it?

I agree, my doc also will not give me antibiotics and I am too nervous to order off the internet.  How are you all getting them?

We live in AZ and have friends who visit Mexico from time to time, (no I won't go-ever!)  down there antibiotics can be bought over the counter for reasonable prices, last  time I checked you could get amoxocillin 500 mg caps 50 count for about $15.00 US, other antibiotics are also available at reasonable prices.

I would also check out vetinary antibiotics, seems animals get the same quality drugs from vets at about 1/4 price...

Joy to the world!

I got all I want at the feed store.

We call a Neti Pot a dispenser that looks like a squatted gravey boat.
You bend at the waist
Turn your head to the side, open mouth slightly
Put the Neti Pot spout to one nostril
Pour the water and salt solution slowly into nostril.
The solution will exit the other nostril.
After 3-4 seconds repeat on other nostril.
Now grab a tissue and blow slightly a couple of times.
This has been better for any hay fever medicine and works great on stuffy heads.

If I was pouring water into my nose I'd be going far too crazy from the water being there!

Some good prep antibiotics are the Tetracycline derivatives. Bactrim is a fantastic choice as well as it can take care of most bacterial infections, especially the really annoying ones like urinary tract infections. Diabetics should be especially with Bactrim, and to a lesser extent Tetracycline derivatives. Both will keep nearly forever without any real aberrant changes when stored.

Make sure you put the little dessicant packs in the bottles of your pills. You can get them nearly anywhere, and they even come in jerky.

Store any meds in a cool dark place.
Light, heat and moisure all degrade medications.
Most meds if stored properly will last well beyond their shelf life.
Remeber you fridge is a damp place so don't store are meds in there that aren't supposed to be refrigerated.
