Earth Changes, Mammals and Influenza The spread of the Bird Flu to cats and now to martens, is really a most worrisome development to me. It seems to indicate that the H5N1 virus has not only mutated to adopt to other (then human) mammals, but to mammals in general. We already knew that pigs, who are very similar in their anatomy then humans, can get infected by Flu Viruses, but the latest development seem to indicate that no mammal species might be safe from H5N1. Ultimately, that could mean that a deadly flu pandemic might not only be restricted to Birds, as it appears to be now, or humans, but to all mammal life on earth. And with that the H5N1 Influenza, might become part of some major earth changes, as we have begun to see over the last decades. Just think about it. The biggest Tsunami in human memory. An increasing number of enormous earthquakes. Record numbers and strength Hurricanes. Shifting earth plates. Global warming. An increasing number of Volcano eruptions, and now scientists are already talking about A worldwide deadly influenza pandemic as the world has never seen, would fit perfectly into the scheme of earth changes. Our Mother Earth, is ever changing, self regulating, rejuvenating and self cleansing. An influenza pandemic amongst the worlds mammals would be part of earth’s cleansing process. As cruel and horrifying the thought of an influenza pandemic might be to us. It is a natural process of Mother Earth. And just as we cannot stop Hurricanes, Volcanoes, Earthquakes, Tsunamis, etc. I doubt we (the scientists) will be able to stop an influenza pandemic. But as this is the first time humanity has been giving an early warning, we have the chance and maybe even obligation, to evacuate and bring ourselves to safety: Preparation and Self Imposed Isolation. Maybe some of you have their own doubts to this subject ? Blessings, Mister E.

Did anybody seen any flying saucers lately I think we see the end of the Big and long human experiment on this planet. Before we pollute this planet with nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons the powers above are putting end to us. We have failed intergalactic test on planetary evolution. We need to be put down Sorry |

Endman, this was in no way an end of the world or life posting. Life on planet earth will continue, even human life. Experts and myself are most confident, that many more people will survive the possible flu pandemic then not survive. A regeneration, rejuvination or self-cleansing of planet earth, is in no way the end, and nothing is as sure as change, methinks. Blessings, Mister E.

If you want to take the biblical end of days look at the world, many things certainly fit. If you want to compare the world to a dog ridding itself of fleas, I'm ok with that.
I personally think s*** happens, and we happen to be alive when it is happening. |

I have read over the years that the infamous "human bottleneck" reduced our population from between 10,000 and 100,000 total. Look at us now. And I must say that I find it more than a little off-putting to be referred to as a pollution of the planet or an infestation. We are a part of this planet and we are a part of nature. Are we a perfect part? No, probably not. But it is also a part of nature for all creatures to fill their niches. We have filled ours. |

I can't help but think of the "Agent Smith" speech comparing the human race to a virus. Fight fire with fire. |

I just read an article in the online Discover magazine that they found a virus that is as large as a bacterium. Because of this discovery and others, there are also scientists who now think that viruses are not late-coming parasites, but rather may be our ancestors and the progenitors of everything living on the planet. The article is titled Unintelligent Design. You can find it at What blew me away was the thought that the very thing of which we are most afraid may be the thing that gave us life in the first place. How's that for irony? |
