Did any of you see the Twitter feed of the man on a train in China who was vomiting blood and then collapsed? I saw it twice yesterday but can't find it today. Surely that's some kind of hemorrhagic fever?

No I have not seen it.

The commonest reasons for vomiting blood are stomach ulcers - which have ruptured and stomach cancer.
