This is being reported by the BBC. Mexicans are demanding border patrols to stop Americans from illegally crossing into Mexico. Oh how the world turns!

It may be a rumour, but I have heard that the Mexican President has been asking his parliament for money to build a wall.

Well, Trump did say he would get the Mexicans to pay for the wall.

This does seem to me to be a strange way to achieve it.
How do you tell if a politician is lying?

Yeah, walls in general don't quite work as advertised, do they?  Maginot Line, Great Wall of China, and Hadrian's Wall are just a few fine examples!  

And, they sure the hell don't work at keeping viruses out!
