The current shots for Covid were developed for the Alpha strain 2 and a half years ago and now we're on Omicron which bears very little similarity to Alpha. Covid has evolved and will doubtless continue to do so, so those original shots are surely outdated. |

Just from my point of view.....I have had both vaccines and one booster here in Denver, CO. I had COVID at Christmas and again right now. Both times I got really sick for about 2 weeks. I have asthma so used my steroid inhaler, and multiple other home things to stay as healthy as possible. Based on the fact that I am anti-flu vaccine, I think I will now become anti-COVID vaccine. I am glad I got the initial ones, but now believe there is no really good way to fight this. It evolves and changes and we can't keep up and we haven't tested the effects of all the vaccines! So I fall in the middle...believe in the initial jabs but also believe they need to stop. My two cents! |

One of the problems was the west kicking most Russian banks out of SWIFT-international banking...so Africa also will buy Russian oil for Rubles... -Biden was expecting EU limiting Russian oil-import could bring "low price" Russian oil for the US. But Russia has no interests in that...Russia decreased production, increased storage and refinery capacity...Also more oil/gas for non western countries. -EU sanctions on Greek (!!!!) tanker-insurance transporting that Russian oil has those tankers now being insured by Russian insurance companies...(no doubt India, China, Turkey also may join that market !) -Older news is of course Argentina, Saudi Arabia talking of joining BRICS (Brazil-Russia-India-China-South Africa cooperation). Also a lot of western retail in Russia-being sold to Turkish investors... -EU may buy oil-products from countries like Turkey, India...fooling themselves it is NOT made from Russian oil. Bloomberg made an estimate that western sanctions mean Russia making another 285 US$ billion extra in 2022. Production costs for Russian oil around 45US$, India buying it for around 70,-. Global market at 120 US$ p.b. .... -A.o. Javelin anti-tank weapons NOT going to Ukraine but offered on the internet...So Europe may see a lot of heavy weapons in criminal hands... The Ukraine war has the US seeking a balance between "international escalation" and collapse. Some people around Obama warned Russia had the "escalation-dominance" in Ukraine-the US should stay out of sinking to deep in that conflict (Obama pushed for the Syria front). Poland is running out of money and military hardware-housing over 3 million Ukraine refugees...The Polish economy is close to collapse... DJ-The west went for escalation in Ukraine....sanctions war...Got itself in major troubles...I think the west has to accept some kind of "peace deal" that may at least some face...However the longer the west is waiting the higher the price it will be.... My guess is Turkey is maybe seeking cooperation with Iran, Syria, Russia to "deal" with the Kurds in Syria and Iraq. The west will think twice before punishing Turkey-they need Turkey to agree on Sweden, Finland joining NATO....Problem for the western neo-cons is most likely other countries (Hungary a.o.) may also have problems with that idea...Parliament elections in France may push Macron to "slow down" NATO expansion....In the US the republicans may show doubts...so Sweden, Finland joining NATO "can take some time"... Turkey/Erdogan will use that time...Orban-Hungary will use that time....I do not know if NATO can survive this self-made crisis.... And maybe the "war" is the "good news"..... The pandemic is going even worse than I expected in a worst case scenario... Thanks Josh for the insight. I'll also keep my eyes peeled for info relating to Covid vaccines and Monkeypox. Both cousins mentioned had every jab they were offered, and the one still alive is about to have jab number 6 in the UK. It's complete madness if you ask me. |

Josh I'd be really interested to know the statistics of whether the monkeypox people have had their Covid jabs. The reason I ask is that 2 of my cousins, both who are immuno compromised, have had every vaccine offered to them - which was plenty - and both developed shingles within a week of one of their jabs. One of them died 5 weeks later, and the other has shingles on the face, which by all accounts looks like these monkey pox cases. A specialist team from the hospital have swabbed the rash and concluded that it is shingles, not monkeypox, but what's interesting me is that since the vaccines were first offered, there has been a huge uptick in shingles cases. It's well documented now that the Covid vaccines damage a persons T cells and thus, their immune system, and as any medical doctor can tell you, shingles in an adult is an indicator that the immune system is compromised and so the Zoster Herpes virus (chickenpox) which lies dormant in 90% of us, has had the opportunity to reemerge. Can you find that info???? |
